Chloe and Chris (Adare – Dec-2023)
We had the absolute privilege and thrill of having Jon play across the Saturday and Sunday of our
wedding celebration, earlier this month. Jon is clearly a very talented musician and entertainer, but
the intangible ambiance his personality and genuine nature brought to our wedding weekend was
truly special for us.
Nothing was ever a bother to Jon from the get-go and he had the ability to make a lasting impression
on guests of all ages and personalities. We have really enjoyed revisiting these moments with our
family and close friends the past few weeks.
Jon played the Piano on the Saturday throughout our reception drinks and kicked off the ‘The Late
Late Show’ as he coined himself later that night. This was a singsong for the ages and Jon’s policy of
not playing the same song twice was impressive with plenty of jolly folk requesting Piano Man every
half hour.
After a sensational effort on day one, Jon was joined by two other musicians and the three lads lifted
the roof off Aunty Leena’s in Adare village. The manager in Leena’s noted that the lads were the best
he had witnessed for any party in recent times and I think that sums up our overall experience across
the weekend.
Lastly, Jon is world class at his profession, extremely pleasant to deal with and is an all round great
human. Thanks for a great weekend Jon and we hope to cross paths again in 2024.
The Hansom’s
